1. Overview

At Dust & Daydreams, every item is handmade or custom-crafted with care. Because of the personal nature of our products and services, most sales are final.
We take great pride in quality, and if something arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll gladly make it right within the limits below.

2. Non-Refundable Items
​
The following items are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges:

Handmade or made-to-order items (bowls, candles, sprays, hats, jewelry, and gift boxes).

Digital downloads, Canva templates, or PDF guides.

Custom orders, personalized items, or event-specific pieces.

Workshop, pop-up, or collaboration tickets (these are non-refundable, but may be transferred with approval).

Sale or clearance items.

3. Damaged or Defective Items
​
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with:

Your order number

Photos of the item and packaging
Once verified, we’ll offer one of the following solutions based on item availability:

A replacement of the same or similar item

A store credit equal to the purchase price
-
A partial refund if replacement is not possible
Please do not ship an item back unless requested — unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.

4. Cancellations
​
Because we begin processing quickly, orders cannot be cancelled once they’ve been confirmed.
Workshop bookings are non-refundable but may be rescheduled or transferred to another participant if requested at least 48 hours before the event start time.

5. Refund Approval & Timing
If a refund or credit is approved:

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Store credits are issued within 48 hours.

Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Missing or Late Refunds

If you haven’t received an approved refund yet:

Check your bank or PayPal account.

Contact your credit card company; it may take time for the refund to post.

If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, please email dustanddaydreams@yahoo.com with your name and order number.
7. Event & Workshop Policy
​
All event and workshop bookings are final.
If you can’t attend, you may:

Transfer your ticket to another person, or
-
Request to apply your credit to a future workshop (subject to approval and availability).
No refunds are issued for “no-shows” or same-day cancellations.
8. Digital Product Policy
​
All digital product purchases including templates, printable files, and guides are non-refundable once the file has been accessed or downloaded.
If you have trouble accessing a file, contact us and we’ll resend your download link or file at no cost.
9. Exchanges (When Applicable)
Because of small-batch production, exchanges are only accepted if an incorrect item was shipped.
If eligible, the replacement will be shipped at no additional cost once the original issue is verified.
