5. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
We accept payments through secure third-party processors such as Wix Payments and PayPal online. ApplePay, Venmo and CashApp at in Person events.

By submitting payment, you authorize the charge for the total amount of your order (including taxes and shipping).
Sales tax is collected in accordance with Wisconsin Department of Revenue requirements and any applicable Sauk County tax laws.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States only and do not offer international shipping.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

​

Because of the handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final.
However, we will gladly correct issues with damaged or incorrect orders if reported within 3 business days of delivery.

Workshops and event bookings are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another participant or date (subject to approval by Dust and Daydreams).

8. Workshops & Event Participation

By registering for a Dust & Daydreams event or workshop, you acknowledge and accept:

• Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

• Dust & Daydreams is not liable for injury, loss, or damage to personal property during any in-person event.

• Photos or videos taken during events may be used for marketing purposes (unless you request otherwise in writing).

9. Digital Products & Downloads

This section applies to all digital materials sold or provided by Dust & Daydreams, including:
PDF guides, Canva templates, printable workshop sheets, branding files, or other downloadable content.

a. Ownership & License

• All digital products remain the intellectual property of Dust & Daydreams.

• When you purchase or receive a digital file, you are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own individual purposes.

• You may not copy, resell, distribute, or claim digital content as your own work.

b. File Delivery

• Digital products are delivered via instant download link or email after purchase.

• Please download and back up your files promptly; links may expire after a set period.

c. Refunds & Exchanges

• Due to the immediate and intangible nature of digital downloads, all digital sales are final.

• Refunds or exchanges are not offered once files have been accessed or downloaded.

If you encounter issues accessing a digital file, please contact us at dustanddaydreams@yahoo.com, and we will resend your link or file at no additional cost.
